How PayBench handles personal and usage data.

PayBench collects only the minimum data needed to operate salary benchmarks, freelance calculators, and job-market pages safely. This policy explains what is collected, why it is collected, and how users can request updates or deletion.

Data we collect

We process technical logs, route-level analytics events, and optional form submissions used for product operations. We do not sell personal data. We keep event payloads scoped to product measurement and reliability diagnostics.

How data is used

Data is used to improve route quality, benchmark trust signals, internal discovery, and product performance monitoring. Aggregated analytics are reviewed to prioritize route maintenance and improve user-facing benchmark decisions.

Retention and security

Access to operational data is restricted and governed by least-privilege controls. Data retention is limited to periods needed for product operation, legal obligations, and security investigation.

Request handling

Data access requests

You can request a summary of personal data associated with your submitted contact details.

Deletion requests

You can request deletion of personal identifiers that are not required for legal, fraud, or security purposes.

Policy updates

This policy is reviewed whenever tracking scope, data flow, or external processing providers change in production.
